Terms of Service

1. Services

Zeus Illumination LLC (“Zeus,” “we,” “our”) provides permanent outdoor LED roofline lighting installation services to residential customers in the Greater Austin, TX area. By scheduling or accepting an estimate or installation, you agree to these terms.

2. Estimates

Free onsite estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Pricing may change after 30 days due to material cost fluctuations. Estimates are non-binding until a written installation agreement is signed by both parties.

3. Installation

Zeus installers will complete work in a professional and workmanlike manner. Customer is responsible for ensuring access to the property and any necessary HOA approvals prior to scheduling. Zeus is not liable for pre-existing structural or electrical conditions discovered during installation.

4. Warranty

Warranty terms are provided in writing at the time of installation. Warranty coverage details vary by product and installation type. Contact us at sales@zeuslights.biz for warranty service requests.
